Election Office
The Election Commissioner is responsible for maintaining all voter registration records and conducting all primary, general and special elections. This office works in conjunction with the Nebraska Secretary of State’s office to ensure compliance with all state and federal election guidelines.

ATTENTION ALL CHERRY COUNTY VOTERS!
Ballots are non-forwardable and will be delivered to the address as it appears on your voter registration.
If you plan to be away from home and would like for your ballot to be mailed to a temporary address you will need to fill out an Early Ballot Request Form (linked below).
