Duties:

To collect all revenues for the County
To bill and collect all real estate and personal taxes in the County
Register all motor vehicles with tax situs in the County
To issue temporary Drivers’ Licenses, Permits and I.D’s. For information regarding your Driver’s License, Permits and I.D.’s contact the DMV on Tuesday or Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:00 or 1:00 to 4:00 at 402-376-1580.
To disburse collections to the proper political subdivisions

Snowmobile Registration

PLEASE NOTE
Driver’s License Examiner schedules CDL licenses in the afternoon. These drives typically take a couple hours. If possible, please arrive in the morning for regular licenses. This will reduce your wait time.
