Tobacco Licenses

Applications for Tobacco Licenses require businesses to have their exact location, proof of identity, and a fee of $10.00, payable to the Cherry County Treasurer. You must submit your $10.00 application fee to the Cherry County Clerk’s Office before your license will be issued by the Clerk.

Application for Special Designated Liquor License

One day license for nonprofit type organizations who are tax exempt by the IRS, or a retail licensee who wishes to hold an event off his licensed premises. Local fee is $25.00, payable to the Cherry County Treasurer. The Clerk’s Office will sign your application prior to you submitting to the state. Once the applicant files with the state, the state will contact the Clerk’s office to verify local fees have been paid. Once the Clerk verifies local fees have been paid, the state will send the license directly to the applicant.
